ਜੂੰਆਂ ਪੈਣੀਆਂ (Head Lice Infestation)
🪳 ਘਰੇਲੂ ਇਲਾਜ ਤੇ ਸਾਵਧਾਨੀਆਂ
ਜੂੰਆਂ ਵਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਛੋਟੇ-ਛੋਟੇ ਪਰਜੀਵੀ ਕੀੜੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਖੂਨ ਚੁੱਸਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ, ਜਾਂ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸਫਾਈ ਦੀ ਘਾਟ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਉੱਥੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜੂੰਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਖੁਜਲੀ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
🧴 ਘਰੇਲੂ ਇਲਾਜ (Home Remedies):
ਨਿੰਮ ਦੀ ਪੱਤੀ ਜਾਂ ਨਿੰਮ ਦਾ ਤੇਲ: ਨਿੰਮ ਦੇ ਪੱਤੇ ਉਬਾਲ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਲ ਧੋਵੋ, ਜਾਂ ਨਿੰਮ ਦਾ ਤੇਲ ਲਗਾ ਕੇ 1-2 ਘੰਟੇ ਲਈ ਛੱਡੋ। ਇਹ ਜੂੰਆਂ ਮਾਰਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਹੈ।
ਨਾਰੀਅਲ ਤੇਲ + ਟੀ ਟਰੀ ਆਇਲ: 2 ਚਮਚ ਨਾਰੀਅਲ ਤੇਲ ਵਿੱਚ 4-5 ਬੂੰਦ ਟੀ ਟਰੀ ਆਇਲ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ ਸਕਾਲਪ ’ਤੇ ਲਗਾਓ। ਰਾਤ ਭਰ ਰੱਖੋ ਅਤੇ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਧੋ ਲਵੋ।
ਵਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਘੀ (Combing): ਫਾਈਨ ਟੁਥ ਕੰਗੀ (lice comb) ਨਾਲ ਨਿੱਤ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਵਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੰਘੀ ਕਰੋ, ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੇਲ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ।
ਨਿੰਬੂ + ਅਣਬਣਿਆ ਸਾਬੂਦਾਨਾ: 1 ਚਮਚ ਨਿੰਬੂ ਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ 1 ਚਮਚ ਸਾਬੂਦਾਨਾ ਪਾਊਡਰ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ ਸਿਰ ’ਤੇ ਲਗਾਓ, 30 ਮਿੰਟ ਬਾਅਦ ਧੋ ਲਵੋ।
Head Lice – Natural Remedies and Tips

Head lice are small insects that live on the scalp and feed on human blood. They’re commonly found in children and spread through direct contact, shared hair accessories, or bedding.
✅ Effective Natural Remedies:
Neem Leaves or Oil: Boil neem leaves and wash hair with the water, or apply neem oil to scalp for 1–2 hours before washing. Coconut Oil + Tea Tree Oil: Mix 2 tbsp coconut oil with 4–5 drops of tea tree oil. Apply thoroughly, cover overnight, and wash the next morning. Fine-Tooth Combing: Use a lice comb daily to remove live lice and nits. Comb after oiling hair for best results. Lemon Juice + Tapioca Powder: Mix 1 tsp lemon juice with 1 tsp tapioca powder. Apply to scalp, wait 30 minutes, and wash off.
